Smart Six Sense Returns Policy
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been
dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched; we will not be able to process this refund. You will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Alternatively, you will have an option To be granted a store voucher worth 100% of the items cost price on your receipt (Shipping fee not included).
Warranty Returns
Smart Six Sense will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Smart Six Sense to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) Refund in store credit
(c) Replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Steps to follow when returning items:
- Send an Email/WhatsApp query (with your order number) describing the reason for the return.
- We will review the query based on the above mentioned policies and advise on the way forward within 5 business days.
